Our delicious Berry Blast Flavour Drink offers 10g of Full Spectrum Essential Amino Acids per serving

Essential Amino Acids cannot be made by the body and as a result, they must come from food or supplementation and each essential amino acid plays a different role in your body

There are nine essential amino acids

L-Isoleucine

which is important for blood sugar regulation, muscle development and repair and energy regulation.*

L-Leucine

which stimulates muscle protein synthesis and a major fuel involved in anabolic (tissue building) reactions.*

L-Lysine

If you are deficient in L-Lysine, this can result in a deficiency in niacin (Vitamin B), as well as slow connective tissue repair.*

L-Threonine

is important for antibody production, immune system activity, and can be converted into glycine and serine.*

L-Tryptophan

This encourages the release of hormones for mood and sleep, such as serotonin and melatonin.*

L-Methionine

This supplies sulphur and other compounds required by your body for optimum metabolism and growth.*

L-Phenylalanine

stimulates the release of neurotransmitters and hormones such adrenaline and noradrenaline. These substances are necessary for optimum activity of your central and peripheral nervous systems.*

L- Histidine

facilitates growth, the creation of blood cells, and tissue repair. It also helps maintain the special protective covering over nerve cells, which is called the myelin sheath.*

L-Valine

which is needed for muscle fibre firing, tissue repair, and for the maintenance of proper nitrogen balance in the body.*
